EFL Logic LLC SMS Privacy

This notice covers EFL Logic's optional SMS program. We collect your mobile number, account identifier, selected message purposes, verification time, consent version, and security and submission records to verify phone ownership, send requested recovery codes and opted-in operational alerts, prevent abuse, and document consent.
We use Twilio and mobile carriers to deliver messages. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers receive only information needed to operate and deliver this program.
Your verified number is retained while enrolled. Removing enrollment deletes the active verified-number record and invalidates outstanding codes. Temporary verification records are removed after 30 days during subsequent code-request processing. Security audit and delivery records may remain for security and consent accountability; they do not contain plaintext verification codes or full phone numbers. Backups may retain historical records under the application's backup retention settings.
Use Account Security to review or remove enrollment. Reply STOP to block texts at the messaging provider. Contact the administrator who supplied your EFL Logic account or info@efllogic.com for help with privacy or account access.
